Ordering Info
After ordering your software you will be emailed a download link and serial number, the order process is automated and usually takes less than 60 minutes but please allow up to 8 hours before emailing us as busy email servers as well as card authentication services or Paypal's payment notification can often delay the process.
If you have not received a reply within 8 hours then you may have entered an incorrect email address on the order page or our message has ended up in your spam filter, please check this before contacting us.
